During the first week of the program, each band participates in a fun, collaborative design thinking process where students get to know one another, share their musical influences, and work together to choose the songs they'll perform. Our structured levels allow beginners, developing musicians, and advanced students to grow at the appropriate pace while playing with peers at a similar stage.
