INVT: LUCA & DELBERT
Childhood friends turned creative collaborators, Luca and Delbert have charted their path together since their early days in school bands. As INVT, they fuse cutting-edge electronic music with Latin-influenced rhythms and sustainable streetwear—all handcrafted in Miami.
From their prolific pandemic-era output to headline appearances worldwide, they remain fiercely independent. Their fashion and music are driven by fearless experimentation and deep cultural roots. With groundbreaking releases like Loca and TECTÓNICA, plus plans for LA-based party curation, INVT continues to push boundaries in both sound and style.
Their Journey & Creative Roots
Bonds formed early: They met through skateboarding in elementary school and grew up playing together in orchestra, jazz, and metal bands—Luca on drums and Delbert on bass.
Their collaboration as INVT began in high school, evolving from local house parties and clubs to becoming a globally recognized live act.
Music, Style & Vision
INVT’s sound is a daring blend of UK garage, dubstep, techno, tribal house, cumbia, dembow, and reggaetón—channels that reflect their deep ties to Miami’s multicultural rhythms and Latin heritage.
Their genre-blending approach has won them stages at top venues like Fabric, Panorama Bar, Circoloco, Boiler Room, Nitsa, and more, as well as B2B sets with icons like Skream.
Independent Drive & Artistic Output
During the pandemic, they ramped up their creativity and independence—releasing 77 tracks in 2020 alone, followed by another 62 in 2021—while maintaining their sustainable fashion line crafted by hand in Miami.
Their clothing project features reworked vintage pieces using embroidery, screen printing, acid-washing, and cut‑and‑sew techniques, with visuals inspired by Miami's vibrant nightlife and tropical aesthetic.
Global Reach & Future Ambitions
With a growing international footprint across festivals and club circuits, they continue to honor their DIY roots—handling creative direction, gig bookings, and releases themselves.
Most recently, they dropped the EP Loca (with K-Lone) via Martinez Brothers’ label Cuttin’ Headz, and collaborated on TECTÓNICA with Introspekt for Bristol’s ec2a, even pressing physical vinyl for the first time.
Looking ahead, Luca and Delbert are planning to host their own curated parties in Los Angeles, bringing their distinct energy to the city's underground scene
